I'm a mom who loves to cook and care for my family. I work a full-time job and dabble as a certified Square in a Square Quilting Teacher. I often don't spend enough time on myself, but I find that to be a common fault in many. In my "spare time", I like to quilt and machine embroider. I also dabble in weaving, knitting and crocheting. I love reading mystery novels (although I rarely find the time). I try to see my glass as half full rather than half empty. I have plenty of opinions but still am open-minded enough to listen to opinions other than my own. I love to learn and create and share what I've learned with others. My theme word of the year is "Balance". Wish me luck in finding it.
